What does the "estimate process" consist of? |

Very simply it would start with a phone call to find out more about the project and timeframe. If we feel that we might be a good fit with you we would schedule an appointment at your home to look at the project. Pricing generally takes between 1-4 weeks depending on complexity of the project. |

When could Twin Peaks start my project? |

Before we answer that question we like to ask when you would be ready for us to start your project. In other words, a kitchen or bath project requires a great deal of planning and decisions months before the physical work takes place. We like to make sure that many key decisions are made before committing to a start date. This will help to ensure your total satisfaction with us and help to make the process smoother for you. Planning is the key for every project. |

What if there's a problem or emergency during my project? |

| As problems or issues arise, we will work
with you towards a resolution. We will not walk away or avoid problems.
As for emergencies, we are available 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.

What are your subcontractors like? |

| Our trade partners are professionals who
will treat you, your family and your neighbors with respect. We have
worked with many of our subs for several years and consider them part
of our family. |

What about after the job is done? |
| |

Our contracts have specific information about warranties. If there is a problem, call us. We're happy to come out and look at any issues that there may be. |

Are you insured? |
| |

We carry worker's compensation and liability insurance. We are also licensed through the state and registered in the Home Improvement Contractor program. |
